These barn doors, which are my personal favorites for the Keg-Lite, stand out with their unique architectural details. They are the only ones that seamlessly blend with the light fixture, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Barn doors, with their ability to narrow the beam spread of a light fixture, offer a level of precision and control that is unparalleled. They play a crucial role in creating a 3-dimensional lighting scheme, allowing you to place light in a specific area or keep it away. The more leaves a barn door has, or the longer the leaves, the more precisely the light beam can be controlled, giving you the power to master your lighting setup.
* These Barn Doors are from 1940 - 1950, so they are all used and show signs of use. We do our best to clean them up and return them to usable shape. Due to their age and being used professionally for decades, they will show signs of wear and tear. This set of Barn Doors is represented by this photographed "average set" from the bunch. The actual item may differ ever so slightly, like the position of stencil or type of chain.
** Our barn doors may have been repainted or given a patina, and thus, they are no longer viable for the heat output of original, factory-bulb-equipped lights. They are refurbished with my “repurposed for home use” lights only.
